Case Manager
The role of this Case Manager is to work closely with our transition age and adult patients, their families, school systems, and other agencies within our community to ensure the patients’ needs are being met. Duties for this Case Manager position will include: one on one service to achieve goals and stabilize behaviors and facilitation of peer support and psychosocial groups.

Contractor Behavioral Health Clinician
Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Must be licensed or license-eligible and committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care.

Practicum/Internship Student
Supports licensed clinicians in providing mental health services through client observation, case documentation, and participation in therapy sessions (as appropriate). Assists with assessments, treatment planning, and community outreach. Ideal for graduate-level students in counseling, social work, or psychology programs seeking hands-on experience in a trauma-informed, client-centered environment.
